It is so hard to please my entire family. They are all so pick in so many ways. However, this recipe was liked by my husband, 8 yr old son, teenage daughter and me!! The only adjustment I made was I only put about 2 ounces of spinach in it. Just enough to say it's in there, but not enough so the kids would complain. If your kids don't like spinach try just putting a little in!

I was skeptical about the cream cheese, but this was fantastic. I doubled the recipe and took some leftovers to work the next day. Tasted just a good reheated in the microwave.

This was very tasty and even the family members who do not care for spinach liked this recipe. If the chicken is thicker or bigger than usual, it can be hard to roll the chicken tightly, but it still holds up nicely even if it is rolled up loosely.

this is a really quick and tasty recipe... I made one substitute, instead of the crackers I used shake and bake with the ranch flavor. ummm ummm good. :)

I made this for dinner last night for my boyfriend and I. It was good, just a little bland for me and very tedious to make. I will probably make it again but I will be changing the recipe up some to give it a little more flavor. I like bold and this was definitely NOT bold! Overall, pretty decent though.

I was looking for something different to do with chicken for our Sunday dinner with the family and came across this recipe. It was simple to prepare and everyone loved it! The filling was creamy and full of flavor and I did not have to add any salt which I loved. I made them from full-sized chicken breasts instead of bite-sized portions and it worked just fine! All I had to do was double the measurements of the filling ingredients and the cooking time. So with 1 pack of 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, I got 6 full sized servings (fileting the brests in half).

This dish is AMAZING! I am totally not a kitchen expert and this gets easier to make each time I make it! YUM... having it tonight!
