This was good, but will use less spinach next time and probably also add mushrooms and ricotta cheese to give it some extra flavor. I will also remember to thaw spinach before hand!

This was a great recipe to add to my recipe box. I found it this morning and had all of the ingredients so I figured what the heck. It was so good. I will make sure that I always have the ingredients on hand!! "B"

Best recipe on this website! It is worth the work of making them. I've been told it tastes like something you would order in a restaurant!

I loved this recipe. Easy to follow. Except I split the chicken rather than pound it. I have found if the chicken is thinner, its much easier to cook. My five year old son ate it up, and my picky eater of a boyfriend had seconds. Will be making this again real soon.

This recipe was great! I seasoned my chicken breasts with delicious herbs and minced garlic and it gave the chicken and savory and wonderful taste. It was a hit at dinner time! It was certainly messy to make, but well worth it. This is an elegant recipe for italian night and great for dinner parties. I served my chicken bundles with spinach and tomatoe salad alongw with garlic bread. EXCELLENT!

I used a package of 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut them length wise (to end up with 6 pieces of chicken). I used reduced fat cream cheese and substituted the ritz crackers with panko bread crumbs (added italian seasoning to it). Served it with whole wheat pasta and green beans.
