What a great recipe! I made this the other night, everyone loved it. We did however use a bit too much spinach in ours as we "guesstimated" as per our number of items made...so it was really rich, but we know now for next time now. Definitely added to our Favorites.

I had been wanting to make this for months since I saw it in the magazine. They were kind of hard to roll up, but that could have been because i overstuffed them. They were amazing. I put the sauce in the bottom of the plate and the chicken over it, because it was too pretty to cover. My husband ate them up before I could bring leftovers to work :(

I have made recipes from this site, but this one was one of my favorites. As a side dish, I served penne pasta. I will be making this one again.

This is my all-time favorite chicken recipe. Since I found it here, I have made it at least a half dozen times. I do not make it with the spaghetti sauce ever and it is still fabulous. Tonight I didn't feel like pounding and stuffing and rolling, so I chopped up the chicken, sauteed it then layered the chicken, spinach mixture and topped it with the cracker crumbs in a 13x9 pan!! Same great taste, but a lot less work!! Not as pretty, but great for a weekday dinner!

I catered a friend's 50th wedding anniversary. This recipe was a hit for all 75 guests. They loved it. I followed the recipe exactly and actually froze it ahead of time. When the big day arrived I thawed them all and baked. Excellent recipe. We served it with garlic mash potatoes, green beans, salad, and garlic bread. My friends were very impressed with their anniversary dinner.
