This is my all-time favorite chicken recipe. Since I found it here, I have made it at least a half dozen times. I do not make it with the spaghetti sauce ever and it is still fabulous. Tonight I didn't feel like pounding and stuffing and rolling, so I chopped up the chicken, sauteed it then layered the chicken, spinach mixture and topped it with the cracker crumbs in a 13x9 pan!! Same great taste, but a lot less work!! Not as pretty, but great for a weekday dinner!
