What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

This was easy, looked exactly like the picture, and was delicious. I used larger chicken breasts and just made three. I had to double the amount of Ritz crackers and cheese for the coating. I'll make this for company the next time I need something that looks special.

I loved this recipe! It was easy and very good! I was afraid to fill them too much at first but when I got to the last one, I actually went back and put more in the other ones! I used thin chicken breasts and they worked great!

I made this for my husband's parents, and it was a big hit!!!! definitely give yourself plenty of time for preparation. Also, I added about a 1/4cup Italian breadcrumbs to the ritz crackers and coated much better.

WE LOVE LOVE LOVE This recipe. It is my husbands favorite meal now (we've had it several times). I used fresh spinach and boiled it instead of frozen. My family thinks I'm a chef - I don't tell them how easy it really is :)

I loved this recipe and so did my kids! I changed the crackers to tortilla chips to make it Gluten free and it turned out great. Easy to make.

Very good. Family liked it. I didn't totally read the directions correctly. U didn't pound the chicken....I highly recommend pounding the chicken for ease!
