This is a wonderful recipe. We loved it. Easier to make than it looks. It's good enough for a dinner party and so pretty, too. Served it with angel hair pasta and the remaining sauce.

My fiance and I absolutely LOVED this recipe! I used bread crumbs instead of ritz crackers. Very delicious and easy to make. Will definately be making this more!

My husband just love it. I made a lot times already. I follow the recipe and they come out great. Now my boss ask me for a recipe. I just make my own semi homemade pasta sauce to add a lot italian flavor. I will always make this recipe.

Absolutely delicious! I left out the spinach and have also made it without covering it with bread crumbs. Served with garlic bread and it was amazing. Everyone loved it! When I did cover it, I used italian bread crumbs - super easy and yummy!

this recipe is so good! I flattened the chicken by rolling soup cans over it before I added the spinach mix, this gives it a better chicken to spinach mix ratio.

Made these two nights ago. Very delicious. Make sure to buy super thin chicken breasts or pound them out, otherwise you will have difficulty rolling. Had leftover spinach mixture, so used it for a dip. YUM!

My husband said I "out-did" myself on this one! It was a lot easier than I thought too.

My husband (and myself) absolutely LOVED this! It tasted like something you would eat at a nice restaurant. It was great! Serve this with a glass of white whine and a salad and it turns your superb meal into a fine dining experience (in your own home!) :)
