What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

I made this the other night for the first time. I bought pre-sliced chicken breast. It was easy to add the ingrediants and roll it up. The only down side was I didn't serve the chicken with anything else besides garlic bread, so it would've been much better served with a pasta of some sort. Will definately make again! My kids loved this even with spinich!

Fabulous! It was easy and tasty. I used gluten free bread crumbs instead of ritz crackers because my husband can't have gluten and it was delicious. This is definitely a recipe I will be making again.

this was awesome my 2yr old loved it and my husband demands it at least 3 times a month i settle for 2, so easy and the only way i can get my husband to eat spinach..SOOOO GOOD!

Great recipe! I have made it over and over. My family loves it. I make a meatless spag. sauce and serve the chicken on top of the noodels and the sauce...outstanding!!! My kiddos love the spinach!
