What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

Great recipe! I didn't have mozzerella, so I used an Italian cheese blend. The different cheeses was a little overpowering, but it was still good. I also used italian breadcrumbs instead of crackers. I was looking for a good recipe to serve my in-laws and I'm pretty sure I found it!

My husband likes everything plan so when I made this dish I thought he wouldn't eat it. He liked it and actually had a seconds! I made it with the reduced fat products and it was fantastic.

A teacher made this for our Christmas lunch. Everyone raved over it--it was excellent!!!!For a chicken dish, it couldn't have been better.

After all the preparation, the outcome was just OK. The filling was good, but needed more flavor, maybe I'll try using more parmesan.

This was a little bland, I'd probably make again but make the filling a few hours ahead of time so the flavors develop. I also added a little garlic, oregano and tons of salt & pepper to the filling. Hubby liked, so I'll make it again with a few adjustments.

YUMMY!!! My husband (picky), mother (great chef) and I all enjoyed this very much! I liked that it seemed like I had slaved in the kitchen and it really didn't take long to make. I will DEFINATLY make it again. Good dish to impress company!:)
