Worth the effort! I used vegetable garden ritz and garden cream cheese. Yum! Next time I will marinate the chicken in garlic herb marinade, and instead of trying to roll it I will just fold it over. Thanks for that tip lmelton02. I will also use a rubber brush instead of dipping the chicken in the egg. I want to try Alfredo sauce instead of spaghetti with it… wish me luck!

I love this recipe! I didn't have spinach so I just left it out and served over a small bed of angel hair pasta. My boyfriend said this one is a keeper!

The next time I make this recipe I would add salt to the chicken breast and garlic powder to the filling. My husband thought it was one of the best meals I have ever made.

I sliced two chicken breasts into thin slices, then pounded them-these Rolled up nicely, no toothpicks even! I took other posters' advice and SPICED IT UP with garlic, seasoning salt & pepper. I liked it. Does take a lil while to make, will make ahead next time. Not hard to make tho.

This recipe was amazing. The prep work took awhile but it was so worth it. My brother doesn't like spinach so we put ham and the cheese spread and that was also very good, but the spinach was still better. This is our new italian christmas dinner menu. thanks a lot

Made the recipe tonight but I did change a few things. I used broccoli instead of spinach and I used ranch dressing instead of the marinara sauce. I also used 3 large chicken breasts instead of the six small. Still a very good recipe and would recommend to anyone. (bonus my 3 year old ate it!)
