This was absolutely great. I'd make it for company anytime! I just used spaghetti sauce from a jar to make it easy !

WE LOVED IT!!! My son licked the filling off his fingers. I did change it some, I marinated the chicken overnight in Lipton Garlic Soup Mix and then wiped the mix off before rolling the chicken. I did the filling the same way but I did not have regular Ritz crackers so I used the Ritz Garlic and Herb fillable crackers SO GOOD!! I turned it into a garlic feast and served with butter noodles. GREAT definately will make it again.

We thought the spinach was way too overpowering in this dish. If I were to make it again, I'd cut it by half at least. Also, I would season the chicken a little bit as well.

My husband asks for this every week and we had it 3 weeks ago!!!! He loves it. He's anti-spinach so I don't add that but I do add italian seasonings to the cheese mixture and the breadcrumb mixture. I also add the spaghetti sauce and cheese for the last 5 mins of baking so the cheese is good and melty!

I made this again it was so good.I put bread crumbs with little bit of chesse mix in it was so good that.

One of my new favorites! The only thing I would change is to add a little salt to the spinach mix before rolling it. I also added 3/4 of the package of cream cheese. This dish was great!

Very easy, very good and my finicky 2 year old actually ate one! Woo hoo! Will definitely add this to my monthly chicken dinners!

I don't cook and this recipe was not only easy it turned out delicious. My husband who is the cook of the house was very impressed; already asking when I will make it again. I did substitute italian bread crumbs for the ritz crackers and omitted the spinach. This recipe is a keeper.
