What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

My husband and I liked the dish, it was good. My kids could see the spinach though and they didn't want anything to do with it.

Wonderful!! Will make again and again. My only change was folding the chicken over rather than rolling it. Still looked great and tasted superb.

LOVED this recipe! I had no Ritz in the pantry, which is rare, so I used Italian breadcrumbs and it was delicious. Will definately make this one over and over. YUMMM

Delicious! I was out of spinach so I chopped up some frozen broccoli in the blender and it was great!! A BIG hit with my kids!

These were good. I used Italian bread crumbs instead of the crackers; I think it gave it a more authentic taste.

This turned out wonderful- I haven't ever pounded out a chicken breast, and I was amazed at the tenderness and mointness of the chicken. I would highly recomend trying this one out!

It is our new favorite meal... and it was soo easy! I did add a little garlic & Italian seasonings on top prior to baking. Presentaion was elegant - made me look great to my in-laws! Cant wait to make it again!
