What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

my family is full of picky eaters, and the idea of spinach is followed by "ewwww gross mom" after only 2 bites of his chicken my 9 year old son was "wow mom i like spinach when it is cooked" whenever i have leftovers i always end up throwing them away after a week, but with these the leftovers were all gone the next day. we loved this recipe so much that i sent it to my mom and my sister(with encouragement to sign up for food and family magazine themselves)

My family loved this recipe. I altered the recipe by rolling the cheese stuffing in thin sliced ham before rolling it in the chicken and I added garlic powder to the cracker crumbs that I used to roll the chicken.

I forgot to buy the spinach so we used brocoli instead. My husband was happy for that. We give this one 5 stars! It will surely be added to our favorites.

This was great, but since we don't enjoy spinach, I used chopped broccoli instead. I also used Panko-style breadcrumbs instead of the Ritz Crackers.

This was sooo good! Definitly going to be a repeat at our house. AND it was so easy to make. I cooked up some spaghetti noodles and used the whole can of spaghetti sauce.

This was a big hit for my family, my husband hates spinach, and he just couldn't get enough! My daughter absolutely loved it. My son however didn't like it. I did add some salt, pepper and garlic salt to the spinach mixture for some added flavor, I will make this one again for sure!

the cream cheese gave it a bitter taste to it. It was a little bland....it was edible but not delicious. mozzarella cheese, muenster, some spinach with some peston mixed should do the trick next time...can also add in some romano cheese as well instead of the cream cheese....as a matter of fact i should have use riccota cheese instead of cream cheese....yeah that would be great...anyone feel free to use my suggestions and let me know how it came out.

Most of my family doesn't like spinach, so I used broccoli. It turned out good, I will make this again!

I made this dish and loved it!! I do not like spinach, but this was awesome. This is go into the everyday recipes. Very easy!!
