These were good. I used Italian bread crumbs instead of the crackers; I think it gave it a more authentic taste.

This turned out wonderful- I haven't ever pounded out a chicken breast, and I was amazed at the tenderness and mointness of the chicken. I would highly recomend trying this one out!

It is our new favorite meal... and it was soo easy! I did add a little garlic & Italian seasonings on top prior to baking. Presentaion was elegant - made me look great to my in-laws! Cant wait to make it again!

I made this for my family tonight and it was delicious. I told my picky children that the spinach was broccoli so they would try it. My daughter loved it. My son said it was ok but I won't tell him about the spinach until he's had it a few more times. LOL This was very easy to make. If you line your baking dish with foil and spray it with cooking spray it makes clean up quick and easy.

I made this for my family and they loved it. I did season the chicken before hand and also added some italian seasoning and garlic to the filling. Really good!

Wow!! I must say this recipe is awesome! We had no idea how it would taste although the picture looked good! But once we took our first bite it was as if we were in a Italian Restaurant eating! We loved it very much!! This is a must try for all who like Italian dishes! We have already made this twice and I have told my friends about it. I will be doind this again for a get together with my friends!

I didn't make this recipe exactly, I coated chicken tenders with bread crumbs and parm, and made the filling into a sauce by adding cream to thin it out and topped it with diced tomatoes instead of sauce. Served it over pasta, everyone loved it

My husband and I really like this. I think I over-stuffed the chicken so there was a stronger cream cheese taste than I would have thought. I used seasoned bread crumbs since I didn't have the Ritz crackers on hand and the flavor was awesome. I don't like speghetti sauce but the chicken was good without it.
