It came out wonderful! I put a few leaves of basil, chopped, into the spinach mixture and I think that's what it needed to overcome any blandness. Also, I used the extra spinach-cheese mixture as a topping, added in the last 5 minutes of baking. I was able to make the chicken in less than 10 minutes, and it baked in 40 (a little longer than the recipe said). I looked like a gourmet chef!
