My family loves this recipe. We make it all the time! We've even changed it up and make some ham instead of the spinach for family members that don't enjoy spinach.

I added some sour cream to the filling because I thought it was a bit thick, and it was absolutely delicious. I will make this again.

I've made this several times and my co-workers have too. I must say these things are awesome. Have a dinner party with them. Instead of using Ritx crackers, I used cheese and garlic croutons. MMMMM!

Amazing and easy to make. My pickiest eater (and NON spinach eater) went back for seconds.

The flavor was good but nothing to write home about. All the work with the raw chicken really grossed me out. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, go for it.

These were so yummy! With or without the marinara, tastes great.

Will certainly use this recipe again. Used marinara sauce and served with angel hair pasta and a caesar salad. Delicious and simple.

Love this dish! I used Italian Bread Crumbs instead of the Ritz Crackers and added about a tablespoon of the bread crumbs to the filling mixture. WAS FANTASTIC! Certainly would make again!
