What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

This was easy to make, other than trying to roll up the chicken with extra spinach. I would definitely make it again! Yumyum

Ummmmmmmm, not very good at all. Seriously lacking in flavor. Will not make this again and would not recommend to anyone. Sorry.

This turned out nice and was pretty easy to make. Only thing I would do differently is season the chicken more. Hubby really liked it, just said I could do better. He wanted there to be more flavor.

Awesome!! This was so good, even my picky 6,4,2, and 1 year olds ate it. I was excited to find a way to pump spinach and other healthy foods into them. Worth the try. I used left over spaghetti sauce.

My cousin and I made this, it is very good!!! Very easy!!!
