Family loved it! Did add minced onion and garlic powder to the spinach mixture. Was also able to use left over spinach mixture for appetizers.

Very yummy. I think next time, I'll put the tomato sauce right on the chicken as I bake it. Very nice filling.

Pretty easy and very tasty. To cut down time spent on making it, I would prepare the chicken when you have more time, then just refrigerate until ready to bake. I served it over warm noodles and the kids gobbled it up as much as we adults did!

Superb! It was a hit and everyone wanted the recipe. I will make it over and over again. I may try adding cheddar cheese to the filling and substituting the spinach with brocolli! Keep the good recipes coming!

WONDERFUL! Kids and husband loved it...was VERY quick to make...took no time to cook...however, i put the spaghetti sauce & cheese on at the end and put it back in the oven for 5-7 minutes

Delicious! I thought it might be bland but it was very, very tasty! I added garlic powder and some Italian seasoning - I sprinkled it in the cracker mix. I needed more crackers and I also only used half the spinach and it was enough. I had leftover cream cheese and spinach mixture, so I mixed it in a glass dish with some spiral pasta and covered with water, sprinkled with garlic powder and a cup of frozen peas and carrots. I baked it at the same time as the chicken and sprinkled it with mozzarella when I served it. Made a great side dish.
