What You Need

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cups KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)

cups spaghetti sauce, heated

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

MIX cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended; spread onto chicken. Starting at one short end of each breast, roll up chicken tightly. Secure with wooden toothpicks, if desired.

BEAT egg in shallow dish. Mix remaining Parmesan and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in crumb mixture to evenly coat. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove and discard toothpicks. Serve chicken topped with spaghetti sauce and remaining mozzarella.

Delicious! I thought it might be bland but it was very, very tasty! I added garlic powder and some Italian seasoning - I sprinkled it in the cracker mix. I needed more crackers and I also only used half the spinach and it was enough. I had leftover cream cheese and spinach mixture, so I mixed it in a glass dish with some spiral pasta and covered with water, sprinkled with garlic powder and a cup of frozen peas and carrots. I baked it at the same time as the chicken and sprinkled it with mozzarella when I served it. Made a great side dish.

Enjoyed by entire family, fixed ahead and very quick and good. Served with pasta and fresh bread and no one left the table hungry...a keeper!

My family loved this recipe. The spinach was made sweet by the filling ingredients and it cooked very evenly! I served it with pasta and garlic bread and it was a big hit!

This recipe was awesome and very easy to make...Even my 2yr. old ate it which was very suprising. I will definately make this again !!

This recipe was fairly easy to prepare and tasted very good. My kids didn't prefer the spinach taste, my one son suggested using brocoli instead. I would definitely make it again, with spinach or another veggie (or maybe even pieces of ham) but I would use a little less than the recommended 10 oz. of spinach, I thought it was a little too much spinach.

The chicken parm bundles were awsome. I thought they were going to be hard to make but they were very easy. Everyone i served them to loved them. The only thing i didn't like was how spinachy it tasted. I think next time I'm going to try a different veggie! but overall this was wonderful!

Wonderful recipe! I was unsure about preparing this recipe but then I started reading the reviews and it seemed like a big hit. Now I know why! It came out wonderful! It was a big hit with my boyfriend who thought it was the best chicken parm he's ever had!
