This was so delicious! I made it for brunch today. I added the green onions and some bacon pieces. I also added the cheese in the last 5min of baking, which made it very cheesy! I will be making this when my husband makes his homemade chili. I can't wait!

I made it using the mexican style corn and my family loved it! Very easy and very satisfying!

We just had this recipe. My family very much enjoyed it. I would make this again for a bigger family get together, because it made alot for our family. But I would make it again. It was easy and didn't take alot of time. Which are two priorities for me.

Variations: Add jalapeno peppers and/or salsa before baking.

I have been looking for a cornbread recipe with corn in it, and so I was delighted to try this recipe. However, I wasn't impressed. The dish wasn't very thick and had more of a cream-cheese consistency than a bread consistency. Perhaps I was expecting too much... I also used fat free cream cheese instead of regular, so that may have impacted things. Nevertheless, I won't be trying this recipe again.

I love both corn and cornbread so I really enjoyed this recipe.

loved it! My husband even ate it and said it was o.k., and he does not eat cornbread at all. Will try it with the mexican corn next time.

very easy to make, and goes well with chili. i love that it has real corn kernels throughout. kind of creamy texture, but cakey at the same time, lots of corn flavor
