This recipe was delicious. I don't think it needed a full cup of cheese on top... I would just say you should sprinkle it on top to your liking!

THIS WAS SOOOOOO GOOOD! You HAVE to try it. It didn't sound good to me, but i tried it and it will be a common dish in my house. My husband wants to dry deep frying small portions of this for corn fritter.

This is my son-in-laws favorite side dish. I make it every Thanksgiving and Christmas. Very easy, very tasty.

It was good, but not the next day. The left overs get soggy.
