This is really good and can go with so many different things.

I have made this recipe twice and it was FANTASTIC. I ate both batches by myself. The sweetness from the corn is perfect and the cream cheese and creamed corn make it moist and fluffy. The first time, I made it in my toaster oven and I had some leftover batter which I popped in the microwave in a silicone cupcake pan for 2-3 mins and it cooked just fine that way too (no cheese on top of that one - really doesn't need it anyway).

Noticed this recipe in the Kraft Food and Family magazine and just happened to have all the ingredients. Tried it and Hubby LOVED it... Tried it again on some friends and they LOVE it too! Forgot to top it with cheese the second time and nobody noticed!

Yum, yum, yum. My 5 year old has a new favorite food! Even my husband, who does not like corn bread enjoyed this, topped with chili. It was very easy to make, too.

A little bland in taste. Added more cheddar cheese.

Excellent recipe, easy to make, more like a corn bread than a souffle. Made for a barbecue, everyone loved it.

Misleading recipe title. This isn't a souffle at all - it's a cornbread with extra bells and whistles - take a look at the accompanying picture! Cornbread cut into squares.
