I have made many recipes from this site, but this is the first to dissapoint.There is absolutely nothing that would make this good.I actually threw the leftovers away.

I made this dish at my Thanksgiving get together. It was fantastic! It is a new must have side at Thanksgiving. I can see making this as a weeknight dinner with chicken or ham. Best of all, it is so inexpensive to make!

This is an amazing recipe. The only change I made was I added a cup of cured diced ham. It is a great side dish and the leftovers are even better.

Made this dish so many times, lost the count. I am using only cream of corn to keep it more souffle-like.

Pretty good. Texture was a bit uneven - crumbly in parts, and moist in others... Overall flavor was good.

My family didn't like this very much. It was a bit dry and my Southern husband didn't like the sweet corn bread mix.

it was good. what i want to know is it supposed to be a little mushy? the one in the pic looks a whole lot drier than the way mine turned out. probably would need to cook it longer and add the cheddar the last 10 min. of cooking
