This has become a staple at holiday meals. We use fat free cream cheese and low fat cheddar and it's still fantastic.

I have made this several times for get togethers and parties and each time the plate I bring it on is always empty coming home! In addition, everyone always asks me to bring it again or they want the recipe. Very Good!!

Cornbread, spoonbread, and corn pudding rolled into one. Delicious with or without the cheese.

This was very good and easy to make. It is perfect for potluck type meals. The suggestion on adding green onions is very good as well as if you like it spicy to add jalepenos. Excellent recipe.

I have made this recipe quite a few times to go along with my chilli - not only 'comforting' on a cold winter night but any time! We love it.

VERY similar to a recipe my grandmother-in-law makes at the holidays that I LOVE. This one is much better for you, though. The only thing we did different was mix the cheese into the batter (b/c that's how it's done in our original recipe). I'll definitely be making this again soon!
