I made this twice already and it is absolutely delicious. Both times I covered the dish with foil during baking, which makes the cheese on top melt right into the top of the souffle.

This was CRAZY good!! I followed the suggestion and added a whole bunch of sliced scallions. I lightened up by using light cream cheese and 2% milk cheddar. Wow!! I could have eaten the entire pan!

I made this for Thanksgiving & it was requested for Christmas dinner as well! I would recommend a lil' bit of salt & pepper. Really good with sharp cheddar cheese too!

This went fast at Christmas dinner, and everyone asked for the recipe. I only got a little tiny piece, next time I'll have to make to batches!

I've made this recipe twice and both times it was a success. A nice alternative to just opening up a can of corn.

This is the best recipe. I made it at Thanksgiving and my family begged me to make it again for Christmas. It is so quick and easy and is a new family classic.

We really enjoyed this dish. I'd skip the shredded cheddar next time, though. It really didn't need it.
