Read the nutrition values and nearly fainted with the amount of sodium. Can't you pare it down? Being a cook, I would not use commercial tortellini, I'd make my own.

I added more vegetables (more brocc., mushrooms, red peppers & onions.) I also added crushed garlic & fat free Caesar Italian dressing for more moisture & flavor. When I make it again, I will use goat cheese instead of cream cheese to reduce the sweet taste.

Made this recipe except used fresh broccoli crowns and FF cream cheese. I used the diced tomatoes that come flavored with basil & olive oil, added italian seasoning, a bit of garlic (love it), some crushed basil and a dash of my secret ingredient, (ground nutmeg). Simply mouthwatering delicious, healthy & super quick!! Thank you I will be making this dish quite often at home :)

I used Barilla penne (hi protein) pasta about 1/2 box, 1cup of peas and fat free cream cheese. I also added basil, garlic & red pepper. My 4yr old loved it. Very easy, will definately make again.

This was wonderful. I used farfalle in place of the tortellini and used a fat free cream cheese. I will make this again for sure.

This recipe was delicious! I added chicken to it and used frozen vegetables and boiled them with the tortellini. It was very good!

This was so good and creamy!! I made a few changes, like I always seem to do. First, I cooked up some boneless chicken breasts, then I added in 2 cans of diced tomatoes that had onions and garlic in them. Then, I added a whole block of cream cheese and stirred in some oregano, basil, and more garlic. While I boiled the tortellini, I cooked some asparagus with it, then mixed it together with the chicken and tomato mixture and finished it with a big handful of parmesean cheese. I will make this again for sure!!
