I LOVED this recipe! I made it as is and it was cheap, easy, and delicious!! Next time I might add some fresh garlic, but other than that, why mess with a good thing!! I will definitely make this again!!

We love this recipe at our house. My kids (ages 2 and 5) even love it. I ALWAYS double it as it makes great leftovers. Also, I like to use the 'petite' diced tomatoes - in garlic and olive oil or italian seasoned if I can find them at the store. Yummy!

I made a few modifications and really enjoyed it. I used spinach/cheese tortellini, added some crushed red pepper, used frozen peas instead of brocolli and added a bit of cream with the cheese so it wasn't as thick. Would make again!
