I added a little extra red pepper which made this recipe too spicy. I didn't love the chicken in it. Next time I will try beef with spinach.

Very good!!! My daughter who is very picky even liked it. It was just a little to spicy for my taste so next time I won't use as much crushed red pepper. So happy when I find a new dinner idea that actually tastes good!!

I placed raw chicken breasts with a can of diced tomatoes to cook in the crockpot that morning. Then at dinnertime I shredded the chicken and prepared the recipe. I added 15 oz of ricotta cheese to my mixture as lasanga just isn't the same without it to me. So then I needed extra noodles. Prepared this way I had 12 rolls for one dinner and got about 6 more that I froze for another meal. Great flavor and my kids liked the look of the roll-ups.

My family loved this meal. I love lasagna, but don't care much for hamburger meat. The chicken breast added a healthy alternative and tasted great! I asked my husband at dinner if it was a do-over and he said definitly!

Is the serving size nutrition for the "spicy chicken lasagna roll-ups" for 1 roll or 2? <<< Response from Kraft Nutrition ~ The nutrition on the spinach rolls is for 1 serving (1/6 recipe). >>>

This was so, so easy. i am normally quite wary of recipes that sound this easy but decided to go ahead anyways since I had everything in the pantry. I used chicken mince and also tossed in some spinach. the hardest part was getting the lasagne sheets to not tear for which I had to carefully monitor the boiling time. Otherwise this is a snap to put together. Thank you for another winner.

Everyone LOVED it! I used canned chicken (I was pressed for time) and put a little extra crushed red pepper in (we like spicy!). My 4 year old loved helping me roll them up and everyone requested that I definitely make this again!
