Everyone LOVED it! I used canned chicken (I was pressed for time) and put a little extra crushed red pepper in (we like spicy!). My 4 year old loved helping me roll them up and everyone requested that I definitely make this again!

Really like this dish, it's tasty and fun to make. Since the kids were eating it we didnt add any spices this time, still tastes great. I thought we'd end up missing the ricotta but it actually comes out thick enough with out it. Great dish.

Substituted 1 lb. lean hamburger for the shredded chicken, but followed the recipe otherwise. Easy and good!

I made this for dinner tonight. I followed the recipe just the way it is. My family loved it. My boys told me it was a "keeper". I will definately be making this again.

This recipe was very easy to make; the most difficult was rolling the hot noodles and keeping the chicken inside. I substituted garlic for the red pepper and everyone loved the taste. No leftovers which is a rarity!

This was awsome! My whole family loved it and that never happens. I did use two jars of spaghetti sauce as I was a little worried it would be a bit dry (and we like sauce) and added some garlic and extra spice for flavor. I did not find this meal spicy at all though which is fine for us.

I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was a huge hit for myself and my 4 kids, we loved it, it was simple and easy, this was definitely a refreshing new twist for lasagna. I added extra seasoning, only because I do that with everything. I will pass this recipe along to my friends and family. Thank you!!!

very very good. did not make with eggs and recipe turned out perfectly, not too spicy just the right flavors of everything for my family. Will definatley make again!!
