This cake was delicious except, I had a problem with the top layer. I followed the directions exactly, but the chocolate and cool whip turned hard and was very bitter. Instead, I used a package of sugar-free chocolate pudding made with 1-1/4 cup milk, mixed and then folded in the 2 cups of cool whip. I took this to a dinner and everyone thought it was delicious and wanted the recipe. I will definitely make this again, but not with the topping on the recipe.
