i made this for part of our family christmas dinner. it was very easy and everyone LOVED it! i am getting ready to email the recipe out now because everyone was asking for it!

THESE WERE A HIT AT THANKSGIVING!! SO SAVORY WITH THE SALMON. SO EASY TO MAKE!! I COULD NOT FIND THE THINNLY SLICED SALMON AT THE STORE, SO I SUBSTUTED WITH THE PACKAGED SMOKED SALMON. EXCELLENT!!! I AM MAKING THIS FOR THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FAMILY FOR CHRISTMAS!!

So pretty and taste great!!! I loved making this, especially for the presentation, it was really good looking! I replaced the smoked salmon with bacon peices. Everyone loved these, they were so good! I couldn't find seedless cucumbers to I used normal ones and scooped out the seeds. Plan on making these again soon!
