This was such a hit at my New Years gathering that I am making them again. They look beautiful and taste great. To cut down on the messiness of getting the cream cheese in, try this:
Mix the cream cheese with some sour cream...about a 1/4 cup. You don't want it too runny, but a little less firm. Then use an icing bag with tip. It makes them look even better and is much easier!
