For all those "bring a finger food" events; parties; holiday get-togethers...these are perfect. Make plenty. You will never have too many, and add some green olives (remove the red pimento center & replace. The black & green contrast makes a good looking appetizer plate. Goes very well with the ham/dill pickle rolls. Love this idea.

Simple but delicious recipe. I can make a lot of these in a short amount of time and can never make enough.

I loved this simple, delicious recipe. Using the corner of a ziplock bag to fill the olives was a great help. I bought Jumbo olives, but next time I will use smaller ones. Easy to make and will definately make again, they paired great with my lasagna and salad!

Guests couldn't believe that the stuffing was plain cream cheese. Everyone loved them.

Be careful not to get messy as this would effect the appearance of the olives on the presentation plate. Also, use the largest size of olive you can find to make it easier during stuffing them.
