This recipe was pretty good; you can't beat the simplicity of just two ingredients. Dipping the truffles is very tricky though; they seemed a little too soft even after being refrigerated after shaping them to try to help with that. They wanted to stick to the fork, and maybe my melted chocolate was just too warm but they started melting in the chocolate too, which changed the consistency of the chocolate to the point that I gave up and rolled the rest in powdered sugar. I'm sure with some practice though my results would be better as far as appearances go for these. Despite not being as pretty as the pictures they are still very tasty!

I attended a baby shower on 10/05/08 and the hostess had made these. They were delicious!!! My neighbor loved them so much she took some home to her kids. I did not make the recipe myself but the hostess did not indicate that it was that hard or messy to do. Will definitely try it myself!!

These were really messy to make. They also had a weird taste. I will not make these again.

Very simple, albeit time-consuming when it comes to the rolling and dipping (but, they ARE truffles...). At first, I thought they tasted a lot like chocolate cheesecake, but everyone I gave them to loved them. They taste better the longer they sit in the refrigerator. If you want an elegant yet easy treat, to enjoy or give away, this is it!

extremely easy and yummy! it's a great hit among my family and friends. it made great xmas treat bags and made this stand out from the normal candy filled treat bags. i do recommend refrigerating the chocolate right after you make them into balls, it makes the dipping easier. definitely a GREAT RECIPE!

The truffles did not come out looking like the picture at all. They were very rich even for me and I'm a chocolate lover.

These were good, but they were actually a little too rich for me. Maybe it's because I couldn't find the Bakers brand and had to substitute, but they were almost too much for me.
