This Recipe Was amazing! The only thing was when I tried to form them in balls, They were kinda sticky! But over all they were great!

My friend and I made these out of boredom one afternoon. They are delicious and easy and entertaining enough to hold us still for a couple of hours. The only problem we came across was making them as pretty as the picture

These are wonderful. I think they taste like chocolate covered chocolate cheesecake. Heaven that you can just pop in your mouth!

This is a time consuming recipe, but it is worth it. If you love chocolate you will love this recipe. The truffles are rich and full of chocolate. I first made it for myself then at Christmas time I made some for gift. My friends and family love them. I added flavoring to the recipe where some were orange, raspberry, lemon and peanut butter. I will make these again. Especially as gift for my chocolate loving friends.

I made these for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. First, I couldn't get the cream cheese and chocolate mixture firm enough to shape into balls after leaving the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours. Then, they tasted more bitter than sweet to me. I also couldn't get them to form "balls", so they wouldn't fit into the paper cups.

I made these for Valentine's Day. They were very tasty but a lot of work and extremely messy. Everyone raved about them so I may or may not make again. I would have rated 5 stars but for the messiness.

Made these for a baby shower in November and they where a big hit! Plan on making them again today to hand out as teacher's and neighbor's gifts for Valentine's day. Great recipe, easy to make. My only change is that I prefer to roll them in cocoa instead of dipping them in chocolate.
