I made these for the third Christmas in a row, and they seem to get better each year! There are so many little things one can do to be creative without straying far from the recipe - and all of them are good. I like to drizzle white chocolate across the top to make them look a little more fancy. Grandkids think they are great, and that is a BIG plus for me!

Quick and easy. I put one teaspoon of almond extract in the chocolate and toasted 36 almonds. I wrapped the chocolate round the almond. Dipped in chocolate and rolled in coconut. Almond Joy truffles! Yummy.

Made these for Christmas last year and everyone LOVED them. My Grandpa requested that I make a batch just for him for his birthday in January.

i added my own twist to this recipe. i added a bit of vanilla and some powdered sugar. let chill. then instead of semi-sweet chocolate, i melted some parrafin wax and added a bag of milk chocolate chips and stirred well. then had the hubby close by to add festive decorations. he agreed: YUM!

This is easy to make and very good but not a sweet person so the taste is a bit too strong for me. But other then that everyone love it.

I made the for my chocoholic husband and he liked them a lot! I thought they were very easy and not too messy. I used a small ice cream scoop to scoop (made larger balls) and used a plastic bag on one hand to roll the balls.

These were good and easy to make. I used a small ice cream scoop to form the balls and that helped with the mess. It yielded only about 22 balls, but that was OK.

I love to bake a cook, however being a college student living in the dorm my options are limited. My roommate and I made these at our desks. Everyone loved them and is having us make them again.
