This is my second time making these....so easy, just a little time consuming. This time I split the mixture added some confectioners sugar and mint extract to one batch and vanilla and almond extract to the other. Nice change :) Perfect base recipe, next time I want to add raspberry.

These were very good. Try using the flavored cream cheese, such as strawberry, and they are extra yummy without having to add any flavoring. I can't believe Kraft hasn't thought of this!!

I love this recipe!! I make these truffles for Christmas Only and I give them out as gifts because all of our families love them! But, I add something special...I do what the recipe calls for, but I also add 1 tsp of peppermint extract. This makes them extra special and perfect for the holidays. Every Christmas, I have rave reviews and everyone wants more. Perfect and easy recipe! Please give this a try!!!

Very easy to make, but a little time consuming. We used gloves to make these, because they do get sticky, but if you keep the balls chilled it helps. We also rolled them in walnuts and pecans. The pecans didn't stick as good as the walnuts. But they are still pretty tasty.

Excellent, we now make this candy every year. We add flavors to some of the fillings (orange zest, almond extract). We cannot not get the truffles to look as perfect as the picture, but everyone still loves them.

As someone who bakes just about all of her Christmas gifts I was so happy to find an easy truffle recipe. I'd been trying to find one that wasn't SO complicated and then this one was in my holiday Kraft Food and Family magagzine. I was worried that with it being just cream cheese and chocolate, there wouldn't be much flavor. But these were delicious and everyone loved them!! Now I'm going to try and use this recipe as the filling for chocolate candies!!

Too sticky. Not tasty enough for all the work and clean-up.
