These look and taste like you bought them from a chocolate shop. They are fabulous. They were time consuming but I really had fun making them and will make again for sure!

wanted to mention that those of you saying that these were way to bitter to eat must be using bittersweet chocolate, not the semi-sweet recommended in the recipe. i cannot wait to sink my teeth into these!

Very easy to make. I divided the chocolate/cream cheese mixture into 3rds. I flavored one with orange liquore & orange zest. One I flavored with mint extract and the other I left plain. It added a little suprise!

Absolutely delicious, very sweet on the inside so make sure that you make them small enough so that the semi-sweet coating can even it out. I've only made them once but I'm planning on making them all the time, after i figured out how easy they were.

These are relatively easy to make (although time consuming to dip the chocolates and decorate) and taste good.

These truffles look fabulous! They are very rich tasting, so you have to be a little selective about who you give them to; otherwise, they're great!

They taste like chocolate cheese cake bites, coated in chocolate! These are going to be our stocking stuffers!
