Very Easy. Very Good! Try substituting cherries, mixed, or other dried fruits for the cranberries.
This was served to a ladies group at our church, and everyone just loved it! The group served the casserole in individual pie tins, so each had their own personal pot pie. Yum Yum!
Just had this recipe for dinner and my husband had 2 helpings. It was sooooo EASY and delicious. I used an Italian blend of mixed veggies but any kind you like would be great. I used a glass lasagna pan.
This was so incredibly easy that I thought it wasn't going to be good. Boy was I surprised! This was absolutely delicious and yes, I'm going to make it many more times. My husband couldn't stop eating it. I made it in a glass lasagna pan.
I accidentally used 1 1/2 cups OJ instead of 1 cup OJ & 1/2 cup water, but I really liked how it turned out! I used a mix of cauliflower, carrots & broccoli for the vegetables.
We used a bag of green beans, broccoli, mushrooms, & onions and it was good. My husband like it even better as leftovers!
This is very delicious! The second time I made it I used 2 lbs of chicken, 2 cans of soup, and about 1/2 cup more vegetables. I also used about 1 1/4 cups orange juice. I liked the proportion of more chicken to stuffing and having more leftovers!
did not need to make it
I needed a quick supper. My husband and I loved this recipe. the stuffing was excellent. I used the one cup orange jucie, and the box stated 2 cups of liquid so instead of just 1/2 cup water i used one cup water w/the one cup orange jucie. I mixed it all together after the liquid boiled and let it set while I put the rest of it together. I will definately make this again.
This was very tasty. I liked the flavor added by the orange juice & cranberries. I'm not sure if I prepared the stuffing properly, since I'm not clear WHICH 'directions on the package' this recipe is referring to. Are we just supposed to mix the stuffing and the liquid and set aside like you do for the other Stove Top casseroles, or are you supposed to actually cook the stuffing on the stove?
