This was a great recipe and very simple. Everyone loved them!!!! If you take an oreo and scrape out the stuffing and use the cookie part like the cracker you have a Girl Scout Thin Mint. I love an easy recipe that people look forward to me making every year!

Made these for X-mas gifts and were very popular. So good!!! We kept them in the fridge since they melt in your fingers. We also froze them prior to eating and they still tasted out of this world.

These are so easy and YUMMY! Get rave reviews - make them any time of year and just use "sprinkles" on top if don't have candy cane or peppermint candies. I also use Semi-sweet chocolate chips. Seems to be easier to melt and "smoother" taste. Posted by HappyBaker

I have been making these Mint Thins for 3 X-mases now, everybody loves them (and expects them)and they are so easy to make. My signature holiday gift!

Didn't like the bakers chocolate,I will try them again using milk chocolate.
