Loved these, however I think a lot of peopel were turned off from them because they were made with Ritz crackers. I used a food chopper to chop up the candy canes! Will definitely make again,

Made it for this year's Christmas party. Very easy to make large batches. Was a big hit with kids and adults, alike!

I just finished making these cookies. They look beautiful and taste great, but they're melty when out of the refrigerator, so I cannot share them with co-workers as I had planned. I also used Baker's chocolate squares like another reviewer. I will probably make them using a different kind of semi-sweet chocolate next time. I made the peanut butter version many years ago, although my recipe called for spreading the peanut butter between two Ritz crackers and then dipping them in melted milk chocolate. Delicious!

I used whole wheat Ritz, and was very surprised at how much they tasted like Girl Scout Thin Mints! I definitely didn't make enough for my first batch.

I used Andes creme de minthe baking chips instead of the semi sweet chocolate and peppermint extract..these were SO good! A new holiday "staple" in my list of goodies to make each year for friends and family.
