They actually came out as delicious as I had hoped for! I know my husband will enjoy them very much.

I made these today but substitued candy melts for the chocolate. I also used Famous Chocolate Wafer cookies in place of the cracker. My husband said they were to die for. You may remember the wafer cookies from about 50+ years ago used to make the whip cream refrigerator cake. These will be the family favorite for many years to come.

I made these for a cookie exchange and they went over great! I could get all the ingredients in one trip to the store, and they're so simple and quick to make. I loved the fact that mine looked as great as the picture on this website. I will probably make more before the holiday season is over!

Wow! I have never written a review for a recipe before, but I just had to add to the comments. These cookies are so good and super easy to make! The flavors and texture are just right! Save yourself the trouble later by doubling the recipe right away! Thanks for the great recipe!

The amount of chocolate you called for did not cover a whole sleeve of Ritz crackers. And we put it on pretty thin.

I was skeptical about combining Ritz crackers with chocolate but the ratings were so good that i had to see for myself. I made them yesterday for a gift but they wont make it to the intended recipient because we just couldn't help but eat them. I really thought (because of the comments) that this was going to be messy but it only got a little messy having to dip the crackers and then at the end when your scraping what's left of the chocolate to get it out of the pan and onto the crackers.
