Had a great mint taste. The cracker was a little strong, may be better with some sort of small sugar cookie.

These were easy to make but they didn't have much sweetness to them at all.

When I made these nobody believed that it was a RITZ cracker. Everyone loved them. I also made them with the whole wheat RITZ and they were delicious.

Yum! These were very easy to make, and I had a lot of fun letting my little kids help. You'd never guess these treats were made with crackers!

These are such wonderful cookies! The only difficult thing is getting the entire cracker coated with the chocolate without getting a fingerprint in the chocolate. Also, you may want to wait until after you dip them all in chocolate to sprinkle on the peppermint chunks, or else the chocolate from your hands gets on them. my favorite: keeping them in the freezer - It makes them even more delicious!

So easy & cute! Doesn't taste like a cracker at all! I was very skeptical!

These are absolutely wonderful! We made the mint and the peanut butter ones. Both were huge hits. We've already made three batches and will be making them again.
