This one is a keeper! My husband was reluctant at first with the thought of using Ritz - but these are AWESOME! Best to keep cold either in the fridge or freezer. We also dipped marshmallows and Oreos ~ Yum! We left the peppermint candies off the top, but if I were giving these as a gift or had them out for company, I'd decorate them with the crushed mints. You must try! Also, I used tongs to pick up the crackers and used spatula to wipe off excess and melted over the stove using double boiler method.

Very good, easy to make, I made mine with half a bag of Andes chocolates and half a bag of milk chocolate chips and no extract. Hope the 1st grade teachers like them! :)

These are GREAT and EASY!! Made for a cookie exchange and loved them. Use a spatula to scrape extra choc. off cracker. I used the andes peppermint crumbles and they were great. Would make over and over again.

I made two batches of these; one of the mint variety, using red, white and green sprinkles in place of the candy cane, and also a batch using the peanut butter. I yielded less than the recipe specified, 24 for each batch instead of 35, but my chocolate coating must have been thicker.

Great cookie. I used the Andes mint chips and they worked great too! Very tasty, like girl scout thin mint cookies.

These wer awesome. They really tasted like the real thing. A little time consuming, but worth it. I tried some with white chocolate ships, but would not do that again. The chocolate cooled too fast in the bowl.
