These are wonderful! Easy to make and sooo very yummy!! A little hard to scrape enough chocolate off.

I made two batches of these; one of the mint variety, using red, white and green sprinkles in place of the candy cane, and also a batch using the peanut butter. I yielded less than the recipe specified, 24 for each batch instead of 35, but my chocolate coating must have been thicker.

Great cookie. I used the Andes mint chips and they worked great too! Very tasty, like girl scout thin mint cookies.

These wer awesome. They really tasted like the real thing. A little time consuming, but worth it. I tried some with white chocolate ships, but would not do that again. The chocolate cooled too fast in the bowl.

i used nilla wafers instead of crackers. they are great! great to bring to a party. it is different than the typical cookies or brownies that most people bring.

Just like Girl Scout THIN MINTS!!! taste even better since they are homemade. Used a rubber spatula to wipe off extra chocolate. Taste so good that it's hard to let them harden!

Easy and great for Holiday parties or as a little addition to a gift. Easy to make, kids could help out with this one! It helps that they are tasty too!

These are quite possibly the best cookies EVER. I spent Sunday making 200 of these for my co-workers for Christmas. They were a HUGE hit. I'm already planning on making more for all of our holiday get togethers. Delicious!!

Excellent and so easy! My husband and son love them, and I took a couple to a cookie making day and the ladies had to add them to our list of things to make that day! My husband said I have to add them to the regular holiday "baking" list.
