Just like Girl Scout THIN MINTS!!! taste even better since they are homemade. Used a rubber spatula to wipe off extra chocolate. Taste so good that it's hard to let them harden!

Easy and great for Holiday parties or as a little addition to a gift. Easy to make, kids could help out with this one! It helps that they are tasty too!

These are quite possibly the best cookies EVER. I spent Sunday making 200 of these for my co-workers for Christmas. They were a HUGE hit. I'm already planning on making more for all of our holiday get togethers. Delicious!!

Excellent and so easy! My husband and son love them, and I took a couple to a cookie making day and the ladies had to add them to our list of things to make that day! My husband said I have to add them to the regular holiday "baking" list.

We used the Andes chips that already had the mint flavoring in the chocolate. Big hit!

it was really hard to leave these yummy cookies to harden. they are very good. i think next time i won't use so much peppermint candy canes on top. its a little to much mint i think, but other wise an AWESOME cookie.

Just made these for a cookie exchange at church for tomorrow night. They turned out great!! I substituted half milk chocolate chips and half semi sweet chips instead of baker's chocolate. I also put a little Crisco in the chocolate to make it smooth and it gave it a great glaze. I used my twirly chocolate dipper and had no problem with a mess. I also crushed the peppermint and used a spoon to garnish. They looked just like the picture in the magazine. I can't wait to share with my friends tomorrow!!

There was only one review when I printed this recipe. Shoulda come back and looked again. Tweezers would definitely helped. I ended up holding the cracker in one hand and spreading the chocolate on with a knife. These are very messy, and definitely took longer than 20 min. to make. The candy cane stuck to my hands also. Will try the Andes next time. They taste great though.
