I used the "snowflake" Ritz and doubled the recipe for a holiday school program and they were a huge hit! Using small tongs to dip the crackers works great-very little mess!

After reviewing the mint version of these cookies I tried the peanut butter ones & thought they deserved a review also... and the peanut butter variation is awesome! I will probably make the peanut butter version from now on! YUM!

I just made a batch of these Mint Thins for a cookie exchange. I made a few extra for my husband & I to try, just in case. WOW! are they good and wouldn't guess they are Ritz crackers. I am bringing the recipe with me to the cookie exchange as I am sure everyone will want to know how to make them. A bit messy, but otherwise very easy. Too late I saw a tip about using tweezers to hold them. Will try that next time. And there will be a next time..

I made these today and my son was watching me he saw the crackers and wasn't too sure about them....needless to say after trying one he thought they were awesome! Thank you for the tip about the tweezers will try that next time. Since it was a little messy.

Everyone loved them. Little messy but overall very easy. Made them for my husband's church group (teenagers). They gobbled them up.

Love 'em. Made the peanut butter variety as I ran out of extract. Messy to make but well worth it, they are very easy. Will definitely make again. They look really nice, too.

These are super easy to make. They are super good. No one could tell that these cookies were made out of crackers! And they taste EXACTLY like Girl Scout's Thin Mints! Awesome!
