Bakers chocolate is way too bitter. Might try again using chocolate chips.

I have made these a few years in a row and everyone really loves them! They are super tasty and pretty easy and a lot of fun to make.

No more buying Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies! I used almond chocolate bark and candy peppermint oil. This used 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers. I made some with & without the candy canes. I froze them till I needed them. Will be making them again, again, & again.

Loved these, however I think a lot of peopel were turned off from them because they were made with Ritz crackers. I used a food chopper to chop up the candy canes! Will definitely make again,
