WOW! We love lo mein and my children preferred this over our local chinese restaurant! Wonderful taste. My family would prefer that I eliminate the nuts next time but it will not compromise the excellent flavor!

My kids and husband liked it even if it was healthier than there used too. I would suggest using fresh bell peppers instead of the frozen. It makes a big difference.

My husband and I loved this. VERY EASY, and very flavorful. Love that it is cooked all in one pot. Easy clean up!!

This is so good and easy! I have probably made it 15 times since I found the recipe. I do use fresh bell pepper and onion, and I also add broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. My son requests it when he comes home from college!

So good! My husband and I loved this recipe and I thought it was very easy to make. We both enjoyed the peanut topping.

This was very good, I will make this again. Loved it! if you like Lo Mein, it was real easy, and a quick dinner to make.
