Chicken Lo Mein recipe

Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with chicken, crunchy peppers and smooth peanut sauce. Even with all the flavors, it's low-cal and low-fat.

Very good, used a different stir-fry mix...did add the crushed pepper like suggested. I couldn't get over how much flavor this dish had using such simple ingredients! Son and Husband loved it, so will definitely make this again.

Everyone loved this recipe. I make it often.

It was really great! The dressing is what makes it so be liberal with it. I would also recommend marinating the chicken beforehand (teriaki sauce would be a good choice) because it came out a little dry. I'm a big garlic fan but even this was too heavy for my taste. I skipped the chicken broth--it wasn't needed. It really does taste like real take out!

I have already made this more than once! It is delicious, even our picky toddler likes it. Easy to substitute a variety of veggies. Great, easy dinner.

This was very good, but I think I would have preferred different vegetables in it.

Fantastic and easy! I LOVED adding the crushed red pepper for some extra spice! My hubby said next time we should add mushrooms and chestnuts! :)

This was very good. The frozen peppers and onions did not look as good as the picture showed - will try fresh next time. It was good as a leftover.

Not too bad! Not usually a fan of food with peanut butter but it is a very subtle taste.
