This was very good. The frozen peppers and onions did not look as good as the picture showed - will try fresh next time. It was good as a leftover.

Not too bad! Not usually a fan of food with peanut butter but it is a very subtle taste.

My husband and I made this as a quick late night supper. We loved it! I think that to make it a little more kid friendly i will use a bag of stir fry veggies next time. Quick-Excellent-Cheap!

This was delicious, and tasted just like the more fattening restaurant version. The whole family enjoyed it!

My son and I liked this recipe. I used fresh veggies and added a little more dressing than recipe called for, it seemed to need the extra flavor. As someone else said, I'm not sure why the chicken broth is needed, so I won't add that the next time. A keeper.
