Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

After reading all the great reviews, I thought I'd give it a try. I was not disappointed. It was delicious. My husband stuffed his face and asked for seconds, that's saying a lot since he is a very picky eater. I used fresh veggies instead of frozen. Fresh is always best. Going to make with shrimp next time...I secretly can't wait =P

The whole family likes this recipe. I make it all the time. I use whole grain pasta and it looks just like Chinese noodles.

This was great! My whole family loved it. I used stir fry vegetables instead of onions and peppers, and also added a teaspoon of cornstarch at the end.

WOW. I didn't expect the degree of success we had with this dish -- looked pretty simple and not too many ingredients -- but the whole family LOVED it, including me! It was quick and easy to make, and the flavors are fantastic... I've made this twice as written, but next time I'm going to try shrimp and mix up my veggie selection. This dish is DE-LISH.

So easy and very tasty! Great meal when you are in a hurry on a weeknight but would also be great for company as it is easy to double.

Very easy and not to high in calories. I would defiantly make this again. My 6yr old ate it with no complaints and that was the plus for me.
