Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe
Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

This has a very good flavor. Really like all the ingredients together. Very colorful too.

This was a great hit.I added a few fresh mushrooms, other then that followed the recipe. I thought it was a great swap for take out as I am trying to save money by eating in more.I am making this again today and when I shopped I bought some egg rolls to go with it.

This was good. Not overly flavorful, but I would make it again. I used fresh veggies too.

I tried this tonight for supper and it was good. I had alot of water from the chicken and vegetables that I could not get rid of so it was a little runnier than I normally like Lo-Mein dishes.

This was AMAZING and so easy to make. I boiled the noodles in 1/2 chicken broth 1/2 water to make it a little more tasty. It taste like it came straight from the Chinese Restaurant and was quick and simple!

if you like peanut butter add another tbsp. Also, made with rice noodles (from a local Asian market), cooked them half way then tossed into sauce and chicken to finish cooking and soak up the sauce. So easy and delicious!

This was so easy and delish~ My 6 yr old ate around the veggies but still really liked it. Hard to find great and healthy dishes even the kids will eat! Def one to use again!

It was easy and the best! It would probably taste good with Shrimp and I will try it like that the next time. I dont have a lot of money and hardly ever eat out anymore this is one reason why I would go out to eat because you can make it at home and know what you are putting in it and it was a total hit.
