Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with chicken, crunchy peppers and smooth peanut sauce. Even with all the flavors, it's low-cal and low-fat.

I didn't really like this meal. It didn't have enough flavor. It tasted more like a 'I'm on a diet dish'. My husband loves healthy tasting foods so he enjoyed more then me.

I had invited my in-laws and warned them that I was making a new dish. I have made so many lo mein recipes and this is by far the best recipe! Everyone raved over this and wanted the recipe-I will definitely be making this again!

This has become a regular meal for our family. I use fresh vegetables rather than frozen and sometimes throw in cabbage and baby corn.

I thought this recipe was decent. I am not sure if I would make again. It didn't have quite the chinese flavor I was looking for.

This is pretty good! I recommend adding the 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes to give it extra flavor (don't worry it doesn't make it too spicy) I also had some leftover pineapple and added it in the end.
