Chicken Lo Mein

Chicken Lo Mein recipe

Stir up this version of a Chinese menu favorite with crunchy peppers and smooth, peanutty sauce. They'll love it for the flavor; only you'll know it's low-cal and low-fat.

I love this recipe it is very good. the only thing I did different was added more dressing then was suggested, much cheaper than ordering from a restaraunt.

Fantastic!!! Husband and kids (girls 10 & 7) and I loved this dish!! I struggle to find something we all like and my kids had seconds which is very unusual. Awesome and very simple, which is also what I look for in a recipe.

Delicious! It had the best tasting sauce I have been able to pull off in years! I followed the advice of other tasters, and used fresh onions and bell peppers. I omitted the cilantro and next time will add snow peas and mushrooms. I am looking forward to eating this again.

This recipe was great after some modifications and adjustments. When I made it according to the recipe, it tasted bland and the sauce was quite thin. Next time, I doubled the recipe, threw in some fresh broccoli blanched with the pasta during the last 3 min. of cooking, and thickened the sauce in the skillet with cornstarch and water. Just before serving, I mixed in some more Kraft Toasted Asian Sesame dressing for additional flavor. Perfect!

This is one of my husbands favorites! He asks for it at least once a week. The 2 things that I changed are that I use fresh red peeper, bell pepper, and onions not frozen because they taste better fresh, and also no peanuts. Other than that this is a great recipe!
